Tania N. Archer has extensive experience in compliance, risk, ethics, regulatory analysis and investigative management. Archer has diverse experience across a board range of clients, including health care, employment, financial services and government regulatory entities. She is proficient in creating and implementing compliance programs, risk assessments, investigative models and project plans, as well as developing targeted business strategies. Archer advances the firm’s client priorities by delivering practical litigation counsel and sound investigative strategies based on identified project goals. She also provides leadership to discovery project managers, delivering strategic evaluations, feedback, research and advice on financial investigative issues. 

Archer possess the ability to apply both strategic analysis and corporate empathy to complex business issues. Her leadership and influence stem from an understanding of her clients' needs and from a dedication to customizing deliverables. Her relationships with community, business and political leaders as well as with grassroots organizations and government agencies are grounded in earned respect, trust and sincere comradery.

With a background in both the public and private sector, Archer thinks critically through issues and applies practical solutions that promote access to resources.

Through pro bono work and community service, she strives to increase access to counsel and legal assistance and to improve justice delivery systems for the underrepresented. She also remains a zealous advocate for diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. As a result, she continues to build an impressive, service-oriented legal practice.

Archer has won several awards for her legal skills and leadership and has written legal articles displaying tactical analysis of law and public policy.
