Moore & Van Allen’s Real Estate Group Represents Flywheel Group in recent transaction

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) represented Flywheel Group, a local development company led by Tony Kuhn, during the recent purchase of parcels at Yadkin Avenue and E. 35th Street. This transaction, which was handled by Commercial Real Estate Associate Holly Bannerman, Counsel Robert Allen and Paralegal Alyssa McLean, was highlighted in the Charlotte Observer article titled, “Parking in NoDa’s already a hassle. A local developer just bought a parking lot there.” Per Kuhn, Flywheel Group will keep the lot there for the time being and would like to hear neighborhood input on types of development usage. Any development would include adequate parking, he said, and could involve buying up additional parcels.
