Robert Allen concentrates his practice in commercial real estate with a focus on acquisitions, title examinations and certifications, sales, leasing, financing, foreclosures, residential development and sales. In addition, he represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions involving real estate.

Overview

Robert serves as counsel in Moore & Van Allen's Commercial Real Estate group. He represents clients in the acquisition and sales of small businesses, drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and other associated agreements, organizing business entities, prosecuting foreclosure actions, and has conducted numerous commercial and residential real estate closings.
