As health care continues to be a focus of plaintiffs and regulatory agencies, our team is often called on to handle matters related to civil and criminal FCA matters, the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare reimbursement and third-party payments, internal investigations, government agency investigations, and labor and employment disputes.
