Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Head of Environmental Mary Katherine Stukes served as a guest lecturer for UNC Law’s Environmental Law Practice course on January 30. During the lecture, she presented a wetlands case study and provided perspective on in-house and outside counsel client counseling practices and ethical challenges.
