Neil Bloomfield led a panel discussion titled “Navigating Changes in the Administrative State” at the 2025 Banking Institute in Charlotte. Ed O'Keefe, who also serves on the Banking Institute’s Board of Advisors, served as panel coordinator. The panel explored recent developments in financial regulatory policy and examined the evolving role of administrative agencies in the banking sector.

This two-day continuing legal education program was presented by the UNC School of Law Center for Banking and Finance. The annual event brings together more than 200 legal and financial professionals, regulators, and academics for in-depth discussions on key issues shaping the future of the banking industry.
