Moore & Van Allen Members Brett Moskowitz and Terry Dugan recently participated in a panel discussion at Mondo.NYC, New York's annual Music, Arts & Technology Business Conference and Showcase Festival.
The session, "The Capital Behind the Catalog: Financing Music Rights Today," examined the evolving financial landscape for music rights transactions and investments. Joining fellow industry professionals, Moskowitz and Dugan discussed financing structures supporting music rights assets, including catalog acquisition financing, advances, securitizations and other emerging market developments.
Drawing on their experience advising lenders, investors and private credit providers, the attorneys addressed the legal and business considerations influencing today's music rights market.
