McGinnis NC State Bar Certified Specialist in Privacy and Data Security

Charlotte Litigation Member Karin McGinnis has been designated as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Specialist in Privacy and Data Security Law. McGinnis is one of nine attorneys in North Carolina to receive this designation and the North Carolina Bar is the first bar in the country to have a specialization in Privacy and Data Security. This designation was official as of November 19. Additionally, McGinnis serves on the State Bar Specialization Committee for Privacy and Data Security.
