McGrath authors New Regulated Waste Definition manual

Charlotte member, Peter McGrath, has authored a manual entitled EPA's New Regulated Waste Definition Under RCRA. This manual reviews the terms of the Environmental Protection Agency's new final rule streamlining regulation of hazardous secondary materials to encourage beneficial recycling and help conserve resources. By removing unnecessary regulatory controls, EPA expects to make it easier and more cost-effective to safely recycle hazardous secondary material.
