Sumner & Taylor Lead Commercial Law Webinar

Charleston Member Robert Sumner and Charlotte Counsel Todd Taylor were invited to serve as featured presenters for the Commercial Law WebAdvisor’s webinar “How to Navigate the Data Breach Storm:  Identifying the Risks and Managing the Aftermath,” held on January 15.  The 90-minute webinar was planned to address topics such as how data breach occurs, types of data that may be compromised and associated legal concerns, federal and state laws and regulations impacting data breach, typical lawsuits that arise, and more.  The webinar was geared for in-house counsel, corporate attorneys, general counsel and technology attorneys.
