Taylor & Jeter Author Article on Data Security Practices
Charlotte Privacy & Data Security Senior Counsel Todd Taylor and Charlotte Litigation Counsel Breana Jeter were published by InsideCounsel on June 2. Their article, “3 data security best practices learned from FTC enforcement actions,” was the second column in a three piece series on data security. It discusses three major practices that were cited in recent data security enforcement actions, along with best practices that companies should consider implementing.
