The Challenges and Rewards of Leading Complex Law Firms

Firm Chairman and Financial Services Member Tom Mitchell was featured in the Washington & Lee Law’s Discovery Newsletter article titled “The Challenges and Rewards of Leading Complex Law Firms” that was published this summer. Mitchell is one of six individuals elected to share their perspective on becoming a leader, challenges in a changing environment, work life balance, among other topics.

Mitchell stated, “You can’t campaign for it. You need to gain the respect of the partners.”
