Moore & Van Allen (MVA) has ranked top for Charlotte largest law firms and most female attorneys in the recent Charlotte Business Journal article for 2023. MVA, which remains Charlotte’s largest law firm, has the most female attorneys in its local office with 126, including 31 partners.
Additionally, MVA’s diversity efforts were highlighted in the article including the firm’s ongoing cultural assessment initiative, formation of additional business resource groups, and other developments.
