Moore & Van Allen Intellectual Property Member Suzanne Gainey served as a guest speaker for the Association of Corporate Counsel webinar on February 9 titled, “Emerging Issues in Third Party Contract Negotiation Webinar.” Over 150 members attended the webinar.   

The webinar focused on emerging issues in negotiating contracts with third parties, specifically with third party suppliers and vendors. Additionally, the discussion provided examples of the issues we continue to see as sticking points, along with potential fallback language that may be helpful in negotiating a wide variety of contracts.
