Ed O’Keefe and John Stoker served as guest speakers for UNC Banking Institute CLE: Developments in UDAAP As an Enforcement Tool

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Co-head of Financial Regulatory Advice & Response Ed O’Keefe and Senior Counsel John Stoker served as guest speakers at the UNC Banking Institute CLE for the panel titled, “Developments in UDAAP As an Enforcement Tool” on March 31. They joined federal regulators and senior in-house bank counsel in addressing evolving supervisory expectations and recent enforcement trends by the banking agencies in enforcing the prohibition against unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices under the Dodd-Frank Act (and unfair or deceptive acts or practices under the Federal Trade Commission Act).
