Valecia McDowell and Tanisha Palvia Teach Winter Course at Duke Law

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) White Collar, Regulatory Defense and Investigations Members Valecia McDowell and Tanisha Palvia taught the Internal Investigations course during the winter session for Duke Law.
 
During this course, students studied the range of legal and practical issues in the context of in-house investigations of potential illegal conduct by corporate employees and officers. Students also participated in simulated exercises involving interviews of company employees in the course of a hypothetical investigation.
