Glenn Siegel Speaks at 2025 NYC Bankruptcy Conference
Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Financial Restructuring Member Glenn E. Siegel served as a panelist at the 2025 New York City Bankruptcy Conference, hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute, on June 17.
Glenn participated in the session titled “Financing the Case: Recent Developments in DIP and Exit Financing,” which examined key developments and challenges in bankruptcy financing. The panel covered topics such as pre-petition bridge loans, stalking-horse financings, roll-ups, intercreditor and intralender disputes, DIP sizing, budgeting, and the broader impact of financing orders on case strategy.
As one of ABI’s premier annual events, the conference brought together leading insolvency and restructuring professionals from across the region for timely discussions on the current bankruptcy landscape.
