MVA Public Affairs Team Highlighted in Business North Carolina Major Mecklenburg Transportation Initiative
Moore & Van Allen’s (MVA) Public Affairs Team was highlighted in the recent Business North Carolina article detailing the formation of a bipartisan, cross-sector team guiding a proposed 1-cent sales tax referendum in Mecklenburg County. If approved by voters this November, the measure could generate $20 billion over 30 years to fund a sweeping transportation plan—one of the most ambitious infrastructure efforts in North Carolina history.
The initiative is being coordinated by the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, with strategic direction provided by a range of advisors.
