Lathrop Presents “Class Action Update” at Network of Trial Law Firms Seminar

Litigation member Tony Lathrop presented a “Class Action Update” at the June 15, 2012 Network of Trial Law Firms Seminar in Chicago, IL.  The update reviewed lower court interpretations of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion and areas in which questions regarding the enforceability of class arbitration waivers may find their way to the Supreme Court for resolution.
