Lee Provides Insight on Cloud Computing

Charlotte Corporate Member Marcus Lee was quoted in TechRepublic's March 5 article “Legal issues to consider with cloud computing.”  The piece addresses the legal details IT leaders should take into consideration when going to the cloud.

“'Even if you have a great contract with the cloud provider with all the right protections, it is still very important for the company to do a thorough due diligence on the cloud provider to be sure it is adequately secured and has appropriate backup capabilities,’” Lee stated.
