Luis Lluberas announced as general counsel for Charlotte Regional Business Alliance
Charlotte Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Member Luis Lluberas’ role as general counsel for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance was highlighted in the Charlotte Business Journal’s article “Charlotte Regional Business Alliance CEO talks agenda for upcoming year” which was published December 4. Co-Head White Collar, Regulatory Defense and Investigations Member Valecia McDowell served as General Counsel prior to the role transitioning to Lluberas and Corporate Member and former Chairman Ernie Reigel served as the interim transition director as the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and Charlotte Regional Partnership merged to become the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance. Additionally, Managing Director & Head of Public Affairs Walter Price has been a long standing board member of the Chamber and Alliance.
