Katherine Lewis

Katherine Lewis advises clients in healthcare and commercial real estate law. In the healthcare sector, she handles complex transactions—including mergers, acquisitions, and contractual arrangements—while guiding hospitals and large physician groups through regulatory compliance.

Since joining the firm, Katherine has also worked with the commercial real estate team and has assisted clients with acquisition, development, zoning, leasing, and land use matters for retail shopping centers, business parks and data center development projects. Katherine's experience also includes analyzing and amending restrictive covenants and related owner's association management. 

She earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the managerial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and competed on the moot court team, including participation in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
