Vaidehi Bachoti is an associate in the Charlotte office of Moore & Van Allen’s Intellectual Property group. Vaidehi has almost ten years of experience on various patent related matters such as:

  • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications for inventions in various technology fields.
  • Performing due diligence and patentability investigations for inventions by researching and analyzing patent publications and technical articles in various technology domains.
  • Executing patent invalidity and patent infringement investigations.
  • Preparing freedom-to-operate opinions for product clearance.

Vaidehi works with inventions relating to technology fields such as:

Before joining Moore & Van Allen, Vaidehi graduated from Duke University with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on advanced fluid mechanics, along with coursework in aerodynamics, scientific computing, advanced material science, applied partial differential equations and complex variables and management of high tech industries. Vaidehi’s studies for her master’s and bachelor’s degrees have provided her with expertise in areas of mechanical engineering, as well as various other technologies.
