Brittani Johnson regularly conducts internal investigations related to complex financial and/or employment law matters, including allegations of misrepresentations to regulators and discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Overview

Brittani Johnson represents financial institutions and clients with respect to internal investigations, employment law allegations, inquiries brought by federal agencies, and other regulatory compliance matters. She has particular experience responding to U.S. Department of Justice inquiries related to white collar matters.

Before joining the firm, Brittani gained experience in multi-jurisdictional regulatory research, commercial agreements, appellate briefing, estate settlement negotiations, and criminal defense. She earned her J.D. from Liberty University School of Law, her Master of Arts in Public Administration from UNC Charlotte, and her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from UNC Charlotte.
