Overview
Clyde is an attorney with a unique background spanning law, global financial markets, and commercial real estate. He began his career in New York City with the intellectual property firm Fish & Neave after earning his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University. He later held institutional sales, trading, and management roles domestically and abroad at leading financial institutions including Salomon Brothers, Credit Suisse, and Bank of America. For the past decade, Clyde has focused on commercial real estate development, sales, and finance. Drawing on his experience in both the global financial markets and commercial real estate, he brings extensive transactional and industry experience to the legal profession.
