Dennis began his career at a prominent bridge lender, gaining hands-on experience in real estate financing, and later worked for one of South Florida’s largest condominium developers, deepening his expertise in large-scale acquisitions and development.

He has advised on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, joint ventures, branding, and other types of transactions across various asset classes including multifamily, condominiums, hospitality, agricultural, and mixed-use projects.

  • $219M pre-development loan for a branded residential condominium project in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida
  • $91M refinance of a senior secured term loan secured by a portfolio of timberland located in Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, and Washington
  • $36M mezzanine loan, in connection with the $156M refinance of a self-storage portfolio located in New York City, New York
  • $32M acquisition, and $23.6M financing, of a 166-unit apartment complex located in Plano, Texas
