Kendra Abercrombie serves as the firms Director of Legal Recruiting & Integration, spearheading our attorney recruiting strategy while overseeing the full lifecycle of legal talent acquisition and integration. She partners with firm leadership to attract, develop, and retain top legal talent while advancing initiatives that strengthen the attorney experience and support the firm's long term strategic growth.
With more than a decade of experience in legal recruiting, attorney development, and talent management, Kendra has established a track record of building high performing recruiting programs, strengthening law school and lateral hiring pipelines, and implementing innovative strategies that enhance attorney engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness across Am Law firms, legal organizations, and in higher education.
Prior to joining the firm, Kendra held leadership roles in legal recruiting and professional development, where she managed attorney recruitment, associate development, performance management, and strategic talent initiatives. Her collaborative approach and business minded perspective enable her to align talent strategies with organizational goals while fostering inclusive, high performing legal teams.
