Laura Browder advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing.

Overview

Laura is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on helping clients with acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Laura has experience representing landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases and joint venture agreements, as well as assisting developers in land use and zoning matters.

Laura works on a full range of projects including industrial, retail, multifamily, office, and mixed-use developments. She represents clients in the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other critical documents necessary for real estate transactions, as well as the review of all project due diligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura practiced commercial real estate law in the Charlotte office of a national law firm. Laura also practiced with a regional firm in Greensboro, North Carolina, focusing primarily on commercial real estate and land use and zoning matters.
