Peter Stewart has extensive experience in a variety of IP acquisition and transactional matters, including patent prosecution, patent portfolio acquisition and licensing, and a range of technology and commercial transactions. 

Overview

A computer engineer and licensed patent attorney, Peter manages complex intellectual property and technology transactions related to the acquisition and licensing of IP across a range of industries. Peter also handles a variety intellectual property issues related to debt and M&A transactions. 

Peter has experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications, conducting freedom to operate investigations, and providing analysis of patent infringement and validity issues. Peter’s array of technical expertise includes optical fibers, optical-fiber cabling, semiconductor devices, microwave instruments, software, mobile devices, business methods and consumer products.
