Overview
Reginald advises lenders, banks, investors, indenture trustees, private credit funds, borrowers, and secured and unsecured creditors on complex domestic and international restructurings, distressed corporate transactions, and liquidations. Leveraging extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, restructuring transactions, and related financings, he delivers a business-focused, solutions-oriented approach that helps clients achieve practical outcomes in both restructuring matters and complex business disputes.
Reginald guides clients through in-court and out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations, cross-border insolvencies, and Article 9 foreclosures, representing clients across a variety of industries including, media, energy, real estate, life sciences, and healthcare.
With substantial bankruptcy litigation experience, including prosecuting and defending preference and fraudulent transfer actions, Reginald combines transactional insight with courtroom strategy, helping clients navigate financial distress, commercial disputes, and related regulatory matters, including data privacy and compliance issues. He has successfully helped clients preserve enterprise value and recover tens of millions of dollars in complex, multi-stakeholder restructurings, including cross-border Chapter 11 cases.
Reginald’s approach emphasizes collaboration, practical outcomes, and the alignment of legal strategy with business goals. His clients value his ability to resolve disputes efficiently and maximize recoveries in distressed and high-stakes scenarios.

- Global Commodities Business (New York): Represented a multinational commodities trader and its affiliates in coordinated Chapter 11 proceedings involving cross-border insolvency issues, asset sales, and recognition proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Commercial Lending Business (South Florida): Represented the court-appointed fiduciary in jointly administered Chapter 11 proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
- Pharmaceutical Debtor (Delaware): Represented a pharma company with over USD 100 million in liabilities in Chapter 11 proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
- Thermal Insulation Distributor (Pennsylvania): Represented a regional lender with over USD 10 million in Chapter 11 proceedings before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
- Transportation & Logistics (Florida): Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in a Chapter 11 Case in the Middle District of Florida.
- Rehabilitation Center (Florida): Represented the court-appointed receiver in the judicial resolution process of a drug and alcohol treatment center.
- Biopharmaceutical Company (Delaware): Represented the official committee of equity security holders in Chapter 11 proceedings of a publicly traded biotech company.
- International Insurance Company (Florida): Represented foreign representatives in U.S. Chapter 15 proceedings, coordinating cross-border strategies for policyholder and creditor recoveries.
- Bankruptcy Litigation: Defended and prosecuted actions involving alleged preferential transfers and fraudulent transfers in bankruptcy courts, securing favorable settlements and judgements for financial institutions and creditors.
