Rhea Kelley supports attorneys at all career stages with comprehensive development programs, strategic coaching, and integration initiatives. She oversees the firm's professional development curriculum, leadership development programs, mentoring strategies, and CLE programming and compliance efforts, ensuring attorneys have access to quality continuing education opportunities while advancing their careers and enhancing professional effectiveness.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Lawyer Coach through Volta Talent Strategies, Rhea provides confidential coaching to attorneys for both career development and performance enhancement. She works closely with new and lateral attorneys during their first year at the firm, facilitating integration through individualized support and regular check-ins.
Rhea has more than 15 years of experience supporting attorneys and legal professionals, collaborating with firm leadership and practice teams to create development programs informed by data analytics and industry best practices. Prior to joining MVA, she served as Director of Communications & Member Networking for the Mecklenburg County Bar. Her career has included roles in environmental education and land conservation, including service as a Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia.
