Overview

Will focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications for a wide array of clients. Will’s technical background includes software, electronic devices, optical components, automation systems, and military-grade equipment. His experience enables him to work closely with clients, inventors, and engineers to best protect innovative ideas. Will has developed a strong understanding of the design and application of automation systems and the integration of optical components in various technologies. In addition to his technical knowledge, Will has played key roles in advising clients on how to protect new ideas across these fields.

Prior to law school, Will gained work experience as an Industrial Engineer in the automotive manufacturing industry.  Will received his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in 2015. Will graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2022.
