11.2018

Charlotte Immigration Associate Amanda Franklin was quoted in the Society For Human Resource Management’s (SRHM) article titled, “Stay Error-Free When Disposing of Old I-9s,” that was published on November 2. The article discusses tips, regulations and exceptions for employers when dealing with I-9 forms. Franklin stated, “ Also, have a yearly review of the electronic database or paper files to determine if there are I-9s that should have been destroyed but were missing.”
