MVA Members join panel for Smart Business Dealmakers Conference: The New Normal in M&A
Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Co-head of the ESOP Transactions group Danny Johnson and Co-head of Commercial & Technology Transactions and Data Security & Privacy groups Todd Taylor served as panelists for the virtual Smart Business Dealmakers Conference: The New Normal in M&A held on Oct 28.
Danny joined a panel of ESOP-owned company leaders, PE firm leaders, and M&A advisors as they shared case studies, best practices, and insight on how to apply ESOPS in both buy-side and sell-side transactions for the segment titled, “ESOP in M&A Transactions.”
Todd joined for the segment titled, “Data Security and Privacy Considerations in Transactions.” During this segment, the panel of cybersecurity industry veterans and M&A advisors discussed and shared the secrets of asking the right questions, protecting data and IP, and making sure your company is ready for dealmaking.
