Moore & Van Allen Welcomes Former Bank of America Associate General Counsel Felicia M. Gardner

Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that Felicia M. Gardner has joined the firm’s Employee Benefits & Compensation team as member. She most recently served as associate general counsel at Bank of America, where she advised on benefits, compensation, and litigation management.

“Felicia is a seasoned and talented practitioner who has excellent experience in the financial services realm. Her distinguished perspective is a strong asset and we are pleased to welcome her to the firm,” said MVA Head of Employee Benefits and Co-head of ESOP Transactions Daniel “Danny” L. Johnson, Jr.
