Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Environmental Member Laura Truesdale presented on “Risk Assessment and Legal Considerations” during the Association of Vapor Intrusion Professionals (AVIP) Annual Conference, discussing the legal implications of vapor intrusion risk assessments, disclosure obligations, and property transactions.  

The 2025 AVIP Annual Conference was held from October 12–15 in Austin, Texas. The agenda included poster sessions, in-depth discussions on evolving technical and legal issues in vapor intrusion, and opportunities for attendees to engage with leading experts and practitioners in vapor intrusion mitigation, environmental health and regulatory law.
