Beth Buckner Speaks at Virginia Women’s Leadership Forum
Moore & Van Allen partner Beth Buckner recently participated as a speaker at the 2026 Virginia Women’s Leadership Forum, hosted by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership in Richmond, Virginia.
Buckner presented during a session titled “Make or Break: The Real Role of Incentives in Project Decisions,” which examined how and when incentives meaningfully influence project outcomes. The discussion also highlighted the importance of transparent structuring and clear financial messaging in building credibility and avoiding unexpected challenges.
The Forum brought together leaders from business, economic development, and public service to explore key trends shaping corporate growth, site selection, and economic strategy across the Commonwealth.
