Reginald Sainvil Named to International Insolvency Institute NextGen Class XV
Reginald Sainvil has been named to the International Insolvency Institute's (III) NextGen Class XV, a global program that brings together emerging leaders in insolvency and restructuring. Reggie was recognized as a member of the 2026 class at the organization's Annual Conference in Montreal.
The III NextGen Program provides rising insolvency professionals and academics with opportunities to expand their knowledge of international insolvency and restructuring issues while building relationships with peers from around the world. Class XV includes professionals representing leading law firms, advisory organizations, chambers, and academic institutions across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Reggie is a member of Moore & Van Allen's Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring team, where he advises clients on a range of restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy-related matters.
