MVA Advises Texas Precious Metals on Launch of Gold and Silver ETFs

Moore & Van Allen attorneys Stuart Armstrong and Ryan Riemenschneider advised Texas Precious Metals on physical precious metals matters in connection with the launch of the Y'all Street Physical Gold ETF (YSAU) and Y'all Street Physical Silver ETF (YSAG).

The ETFs recently began trading on Nasdaq, with Texas Precious Metals serving as the sole custodian of the bullion backing the funds. The funds are the first physically backed bullion ETFs designed to custody 100% of their gold and silver in the United States.
