Byrne Teaching Women and Law Class at Charlotte School of Law

Charlotte Conflicts Counsel Sarah Byrne is teaching the Women and the Law class at Charlotte School of Law for the Fall 2013 semester.  The course will review the history of constitutional and statutory protection of women’s rights and examine today’s most poignant legal issues affecting women including gender discrimination, matters of health and family law, women in the workplace, in the military and in leadership, and human trafficking.  Byrne has previously taught Professional Responsibility at the Charlotte School of Law.
