Mike Zeller serves as panelist for the St. Louis Smart Business Dealmakers Conference

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Co-head of ESOP Transactions Member Mike Zeller served as a panelist for the St. Louis Smart Business Dealmakers Conference webinar titled, “How Jim Sramek Came To Sell Midwest Equipment Company To His Employees” which was held on August 27. Mike specifically provided details on some of the legal best practices to include during ESOP transaction. Additionally, he served as part of the team that constructed the transaction allowing Jim Sramek to transfer his company to and ESOP.
