Moore & Van Allen's Bridget Grant Selected as a Connect CRE 2023 Women in Real Estate Awards Winner

Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that Bridget E. Grant, co-head of the firm’s Zoning, Entitlement & Land team, has been selected as a Connect CRE (Commercial Real Estate) 2023 Women in Real Estate Awards winner in the Atlanta & Southeast region.

“Bridget is a leader at our firm and in the commercial real estate community,” said Jefferson “Jeff” W. Brown, also co-head of MVA’s Zoning, Entitlement & Land Use team. “We congratulate Bridget on her recognition by Connect CRE as one of the year’s top women professionals in our industry.”

Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others. Grant was selected as a winner from among more than 500 submissions from companies across the country. Connect CRE is a full-service creative marketing and strategic media company focused on the commercial real estate industry.

Grant has more than 10 years of land planning and urban design experience in both the private and public sector. She helps clients navigate various regulatory environments associated with entitlement and permitting processes. She guides some of the largest developers in the Southeast through multiple efforts, including rezoning activities, municipal approvals, subdivision compliance, land use ordinance and planning projects, and transportation and master planning matters.

Grant is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on the ULI Charlotte District Council, as a member of the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative and as a local ULI mentor, and as a former member of the national ULI Urban Development Mixed Use Product Council. She also is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Previously, Grant was a planning coordinator for the City of Charlotte, providing technical and design guidance on complex development projects, policy implementation and community planning.
