Nader Raja serves as panelist for TradingHub RegHub Summit 2023

Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Litigation Member Nader Raja served as a panelist during the TradingHub RegHub Summit 2023, which was held in New York on November 29. The event brought together regulators, senior risk and surveillance professionals, and industry thought leaders for a morning of insightful discussion. Nader joined Ian McGinley, Director of the CFTC’s Division of Enforcement, Sean Dusseau, Global Head of Swap Dealer and Derivatives Compliance at ScotiaBank, and Mike Coats, Chief Technology Officer at TradingHub, for a panel discussion on the rise of enforcement actions related to primary market manipulation.
