Moore & Van Allen (MVA) Financial Services Associate Teala Volkamer‘s article titled, “Marketing the Amateur Athlete: Why Olympic Rule 40 Restrictions are Unreasonable for NCAA Name, Image, and Likeness Guidelines” was published by Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law on January 25.
