Tandy Mathis and Jamea Richardson Complete the Sedona Conference Institute eDiscovery Negotiation Training Program
Tandy Mathis, Litigation, Discovery, and Privacy & Data Security Senior Counsel, and Jamea Richardson, Litigation and Discovery Senior Counsel, have successfully completed The Sedona Conference Institute eDiscovery Negotiation Training Program, an intensive, invitation‑only immersion program held February 4–5, 2026, at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright in New York City.
Since 2013, The Sedona Conference has hosted this highly selective program for a small group of practitioners seeking to deepen their skills in eDiscovery negotiation. The program provides hands‑on, scenario‑based training designed to enhance practical negotiation strategies in complex pretrial litigation.
This year’s curriculum focused on the evolving landscape of discovery practice, including advanced instruction on the rapidly expanding role of artificial intelligence in litigation and eDiscovery. Participants engaged in collaborative exercises addressing emerging technologies, increasing data volumes, and modernized expectations for proportional and defensible discovery.
Tandy’s and Jamea’s participation and completion of this program reflect their continuing leadership in eDiscovery and litigation support matters, as well as the firm’s commitment to cultivating forward‑looking expertise in a dynamic and increasingly technology‑driven area of practice.
