Tiffany Payne Named to SCBIZ’s 2026 Top 100 Women

Chosen by an independent panel of judges, the SCBIZ Top 100 Women program recognizes accomplished leaders across South Carolina for their professional achievements, leadership, community involvement, and dedication to mentoring. Tiffany was selected for her outstanding legal work, thought leadership, and commitment to service.
Tiffany represents clients in white-collar criminal prosecution, regulatory enforcement matters, internal investigations, and complex business litigation. She is also a certified IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) and advises organizations—particularly in the financial services and healthcare sectors—on the responsible development, deployment, and governance of emerging technologies. Her practice is known for combining regulatory insight with practical, business‑minded solutions.
In addition to her practice, Tiffany is deeply committed to pro bono service, with a focus on veterans’ advocacy. Her work includes assisting veterans with less-than-honorable discharges seek re-review of their service records based on mitigating factors that may support a status upgrade.
