Matt Mollozzi Addresses Equipment Finance Trends at ELFA Legal Forum
Matt Mollozzi recently participated in a panel discussion at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) Legal Forum in Baltimore, Maryland, where he explored legal issues and market trends shaping the equipment finance industry.
Matt is a member of Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services team and focuses his practice on equipment finance and structured finance transactions. He represents financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors, and lessees in a range of transactions, including direct loans, leases, securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale arrangements. His work frequently involves transportation assets, including rail and aircraft.
