Charlotte Employment & Labor Member Paul Peralta presented at ACI's 29th National Forum on Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions on January 26 in Miami, Florida. The presentation titled, "The New DOL Overtime and White Collar Exemption Regulations: They're Here, Now What?", discussed the new DOL overtime and white collar exemption regulations, ways to pay impacted staff going forward, DOL enforcement strategies and tips and best practices for compliance and risk avoidance.
