Taylor Published in Corporate Board Member

Commercial & Technology Transactions Senior Counsel Todd Taylor authored an article published in the Second Quarter 2012 edition of Corporate Board Member magazine.  The article, entitled “Corporate Cybersecurity:  Emerging Threats and Recent Developments,” was featured in the magazine’s Weighing In section.  

The article provides an overview of cybercrime, a growing threat to the performance of many enterprises.  Taylor states, "In light of the increasing number of cybersecurity incidents, FBI Director Robert Mueller recently noted that 'in the not too distant future, we anticipate that the cyber threat will pose the No. 1 threat to our country.'  As a result, corporate boards need to be aware of the practical risks posed by cybercrime and their related legal obligations."
