Marion A. Brown

Marion Brown is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services group. She represents banks and financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities. 

Prior to joining the firm, Marion practiced in the legal department of a global financial institution where she gained experience advising the asset management division’s credit investments and private funds groups. While in law school, Marion served as an Editorial Board member and a staff member of the North Carolina Banking Institute journal. She also spent a semester in practice with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a part of the Student Honors Legal Program.
